Notice is hereby given that Council of District of Carleton North is considering amending the By-law Respecting the Procedures of the Council By-Law No. A-1.

Council will perform the first reading of the proposed by-law at the July 28, 2026 Council Meeting.

The proposed amended By-Law can be inspected at the District of Carleton North Office, 19 Station Road, Florenceville-Bristol, during regular business hours or by emailing inquiries@carletonnorth.com.

Written submissions for or against the proposed by-law must be received by August 24 , 2026 by 4:00PM and can be sent to:

Written submissions received in response to this notice will be reviewed by the Clerk and circulated to Council for consideration. These submissions are collected as part of the public consultation process for the proposed By-Law and will form part of the public record. All submissions received through this process will be reviewed and considered by Council prior to making a decision.
