NHWW will be at the Outdoor Summer Market Health & Wellness table on Aug 6th & Aug 13th. We will have free coffee, some information on Nursing Home Without Walls, as well some information from the district regarding the Age Friendly Community and resources surrounding NB Health link. Stop by and say Hi!
