The District of Carleton North has introduced the Housing Development Incentive Policy (Policy No: ED-02), effective March 25, 2025, to stimulate new residential housing development. This policy offers financial incentives to developers by rebating a portion of the municipal property tax on qualifying new constructions or renovations.
