Community Art Mosaic
Celebrate Municipality Week with the District of Carleton North through art! We’re inviting community members of all ages to contribute to a Community Art Mosaic that will be publicly displayed for everyone to enjoy.
Municipality Week taking place September 15-19, acknowledges the valuable service and dedication of municipal employees, elected officials, and volunteers whose hard work and commitment help our community grow and thrive!
Be Part of a One-of-a-Kind Community Art Mosaic
Who: All ages welcome | One submission per artist
Pick-up/drop-off: Town Office, 19 Station Rd.
Pick-up: August 5 – September 11 | Return by: September 12, 2025
Each participant will receive a small canvas to decorate based on one of these themes:
- Beauty of the District (landmarks, parks, streets)
- Community Spirit (involvement, togetherness, pride)
- Nature’s Wonders (landscapes, wildlife, seasons)
Unleash your creativity using paint, collage, textiles, or fully dried natural materials. Any dry, securely attached media is welcome! Please avoid glitter and perishable items. Don’t forget to cover the entire canvas, including the edges.
