Notice is hereby given that Council of District of Carleton North is considering enacting these By-Laws:

• Waste Collection and Disposal By-Law
• Sanitary Sewer By-Law
• Water System and Rates By-Law
• Water and Wastewater By-Law.

Council will perform readings of the proposed By-Law at the August 25, 2026 Council Meeting:

• Waste Collection and Disposal By-Law: 2nd reading in full
• Sanitary Sewer By-Law: 2nd & 3rd reading by title only
• Water System and Rates By-Law: 2nd & 3rd reading by title only
• Water and Wastewater By-Law: 2nd & 3rd reading by title only

The proposed By-Laws can be inspected using the links provided, or at the District of Carleton North Office, 19 Station Road, Florenceville-Bristol, during regular business hours or by emailing inquiries@carletonnorth.com.
