Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Community Planning Act, that the Minister of Environment and Local Government approved the District of Carleton North Municipal Plan and the District of Carleton North Zoning By-law on April 10, 2026.

The documents were filed in the Carleton County Registry Office on April 29, 2026, as follows:

• District of Carleton North Municipal Plan – Document No. 47150389
• District of Carleton North Zoning By-law – Document No. 47150454

Copies of the Municipal Plan and Zoning By-law are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the District of Carleton North Municipal Office and the Western New Brunswick Service Commission office.

The by-laws may be examined by the public:
