NOTICE: Proposed District of Carleton North Fire Protection and Prevention By-Law
Notice is hereby given that Council of District of Carleton North is considering enacting a District of Carleton North Fire Protection and Prevention By-Law. This By-Law will replace any existing fire by-laws of Bath, Centreville, Florenceville-Bristol.
Council will perform the first reading of the proposed bylaw at the May 13, 2025 Council Meeting.
The proposed by-law can be inspected at the District of Carleton North Office, 19 Station Road, Florenceville-Bristol, during regular business hours or by emailing inquiries@carletonnorth.com.
Written submissions for or against the proposed bylaw must be received by June 10, 2025 4:00PM and can be sent to:
