Receptionist
The Receptionist is responsible for presenting a professional a face to the Town office providing essential services including cashier, switchboard, managing inquiries, facility booking and record management.
Main Duties
- Greeting and assisting visitors, managing calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Overseeing email and mail correspondence.
- Supporting various municipal departments with administrative tasks.
- Coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and managing facility bookings.
- Handling financial transactions and records with accuracy
Qualifications
- High School Graduation supplemented by post-secondary education in relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- The ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
