Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for presenting a professional a face to the Town office providing essential services including cashier, switchboard, managing inquiries, facility booking and record management.

Main Duties

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, managing calls, and responding to inquiries.
  • Overseeing email and mail correspondence.
  • Supporting various municipal departments with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating meetings, maintaining office supplies, and managing facility bookings.
  • Handling financial transactions and records with accuracy

Qualifications

  • High School Graduation supplemented by post-secondary education in relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
