The Sports Wall of Recognition celebrates the achievements of individuals and teams who have brought pride and distinction to Carleton North through their excellence in sports. It also honors those who have made significant contributions to the growth and advancement of sports and recreation within our community. This initiative highlights our rich sporting history and recognizes the dedication, talent, and impact of local athletes, coaches, builders, and volunteers.

The objectives of the Sports Wall of Recognition are to:

Recognize and honour achievements of
- Individuals
- Teams
- Builders (Owners, Managers, Coaches, Officials, Volunteers)
Permanently record and give prominence to these achievements in a public display area at the R. G. “Bun” Veysey Active Living Centre, 40 McCain Street, Florenceville-Bristol, NB.

Nomination Process:

Nominations are open annually and must be submitted within the nomination window. Nominations must be submitted on the official Carleton North Sports Wall of Recognition Nomination Form and delivered to the Town office, 19 Station Road, Florenceville-Bristol.

All nominations must have the consent of the nominee, of if the nominee is deceased, the consent of the family. Each nomination should include the fullest possible data concerning the record and merits of each candidate. Supporting documents in way of newspaper clippings, phots, certificates letters from witness nominee’s standards of involvement etc., that verify the nominee’s accomplishments are encouraged.
